Research question
How does dopaminergic medication reshape the brain's functional networks at rest?

- ROI-to-ROI · seed-to-voxel
I used two complementary views: ROI-to-ROI, which compares coupling between predefined regions, and seed-to-voxel, which maps everywhere in the brain a chosen region couples with.
What I learned
This was my first deep dive into neuroimaging, and it set habits I now use with EEG: fix your preprocessing choices early, look at the data at every stage, and treat each connectivity map as a hypothesis, not a picture.
